This policy applies to information we collect via our website, mobile applications (if any), email and telephone communications, service onboarding and delivery (remote monitoring, cloud backups, MSP tools, onsite/remote support) and other business interactions.
Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly
Your name, job title/company, business address, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment details.
Information you submit via contact or quote forms, support or service onboarding, remote monitoring agreements, cloud backup service arrangements.
Communications logs (telephone, email, chat) relating to our services and support (onsite or remote).
b. Information collected automatically / technical information
IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps, pages visited, referral URL, error/diagnostic data collected through website or remote-monitoring/management tools.
Cookies, web beacons, similar tracking technologies (including Google Analytics) to help with website functionality, analytics and performance improvement.

Legal Basis for Processing-(Jamaica)
Under the Jamaica Data Protection Act (DPA) we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases when processing your personal data:
Consent – where you have freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of your wishes.
Contract Performance – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (for example to provide managed services, remote monitoring, cloud backups, support).
Legitimate Interests – processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (for example service improvement, analytics, security monitoring), except where those interests are overridden by your rights or freedoms.
Legal Obligation – processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (for example breach-notification obligations under the DPA).
The DPA sets out eight data protection standards (fairness & lawfulness; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; rights of data subject; technical/organisational measures; cross-border transfers) that we adhere to

International Transfers & Location of Data
As a provider of IT services, including remote monitoring and cloud backups, your personal data may be processed or stored in locations outside of Jamaica (including the U.S.). When we transfer personal data outside of Jamaica, we ensure that an adequate level of protection is provided consistent with the DPA’s requirement that personal data shall not be transferred to a State or territory outside Jamaica unless that State or territory ensures an adequate level of protection
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Once information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it (or otherwise dispose of it securely).
What rights you have over your data
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data — including encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, secure backups, regular audits and staff training.
Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. By using our services you acknowledge that data transmission is at your own risk.

Under the DPA (and applicable laws in our target markets), you may have the following rights:
The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
The right to request correction or deletion of your personal data.

The right to withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on your consent).

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for Jamaica: the Office of the Information Commissioner).

Children
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental consent. If we discover we have collected such data without consent, we will delete it.

On-Site & Remote Monitoring / Support Services
Because we provide both on-site and remote monitoring, management, and support services (including cloud backups and MSP tools), we may collect and process technical/device information from your devices (with your consent or under contract) such as device identifiers, software versions, logs, uptime/performance metrics, alerts, and usage statistics.
Where applicable, you will have been informed via our service onboarding documentation or contract. Such technical/device information is used for the purpose of providing support, monitoring, maintenance, performance optimisation, security, and remote incident response.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made we will provide a prominent notice on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
